No. We follow a pay-as-you-go price system which means that there will be no plans or subscriptions. Simply add funds to your account and you’re good to go. 

Yes, an unlimited trial period is available. The Sandbox feature is offered for free upon signing up plus, you will receive a $1 free trial credit on your account that you can use to try out our service. 

The minimum maintaining balance for every account is $50 which can be topped up with any amount. 

No, there isn’t. Your balance will remain on your account until you have fully consumed it. 

To set an auto-recharge to your account, simply follow the following:

  • Log in to your SEOData account
  • Click the “Add Funds” button
  • Set the auto-recharge amount
  • Click auto-recharge
  • Specify the credit threshold

Once set, the specified amount of credits will be automatically recharged to your balance when the credit threshold is reached. 

Yes, we offer assistance throughout the entire integration process via Skype/Slack or email.

We offer 24/7 live chat support to both paid and trial SEOData customers.

Yes, we offer Sandbox for free which you can access upon signing up. 

Our SERP API supports all locations supported by Google through Google Geographical Targeting. 

The task ID is located on the Detailed Information section which means that you have to log in first to our system and access the API Usage tab before you can access the task ID. 

No, there isn’t. Your balance will remain on your account until you have fully consumed it. 

To add funds, you must log in to your account first. Then, click the “Add Funds” button to be redirected to the payment gateway. Choose the payment method you wish to use and enter the necessary details. 

Currently, we support Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for purchases less than $5000. For $5000+ we can accept Wire Transfer or ACH.

Yes, an invoice is issued for every transaction via email.

Yes, we provide keywords for suggestions. We offer our clients two choices, the ‘Keywords for Keywords’ and ‘Keywords for Domain’ options which are both backed up with a monthly breakdown of the search volume data of the previous month and previous year. 

Yes, our data is provided in real-time. Once we receive an API call, our system will check it immediately and will send the report to you.

How long a task is completed depends on task priority and overall system load. But usually, it takes less than 5 hours to complete a certain task.

We keep test results for 30 days and you can retrieve it from our system through the task ID.

We support Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex and so much more. 

You can request a tax or VAT refund by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Make sure that you have a valid VAT ID, you have paid with credit/debit card or PayPal, and it still doesn’t exceed 30 days from charge.
